Easy-to-make, low carb crispy cookies using low GI oatmeal. With high effect of detoxification, Roasted Brown Rice Powder's rich aroma matches well with oatmeal, dry-fruits and nuts.

📋 Ingredients
- Roasted Brown Rice Powder 2 tbsp
- Oatmeal 2/3 cups (4 oz)
- Mix nuts 2 tbsp
- Raisin 2 tbsp
- Beet sugar 2 tbsp
- Unsweetened soy milk 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp

🥣 Direction
- Finely chop mix nuts and raisin.
- Put all ingredients in a sealed bag and knead well until you see no traces of powder.
- Drop by 1 tablespoon onto parchment sheet covered pan and shape them using the back of the spoon.
- Bake for about 20 min. in a preheated oven at 350 F and cool down.
