• Vegan Low Carb Oatmeal Cookies
  • Easy-to-make, low carb crispy cookies using low GI oatmeal. With high effect of detoxification, Roasted Brown Rice Powder's rich aroma matches well with oatmeal, dry-fruits and nuts.

  • 📋 Ingredients

    • Roasted Brown Rice Powder 2 tbsp
    • Oatmeal 2/3 cups (4 oz)
    • Mix nuts 2 tbsp
    • Raisin 2 tbsp
    • Beet sugar 2 tbsp
    • Unsweetened soy milk 2 tbsp
    • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • 🥣 Direction

    1. Finely chop mix nuts and raisin.
    2. Put all ingredients in a sealed bag and knead well until you see no traces of powder.
    3. Drop by 1 tablespoon onto parchment sheet covered pan and shape  them using the back of the spoon.
    4. Bake for about 20 min. in a preheated oven at 350 F and cool down.
