Simply mix fermented cream cheese with Roasted Brown Rice Powder, rich in dietary fiber, to improve intestinal environment. Dollop honey or maple syrup on the canapes and it'll be a great snack with wine.

- Roasted Brown Rice Powder 1/2 tbsp
- Baguette 10 slices
- Cream cheese 2/3 cups (4 oz)
- A: Prosciutto 5 slices
- A: Coarse-ground black pepper to your liking
- A: Italian Parsley a little for garnish
- B: Mix nuts 5 tbsp
- B: Honey to your liking

🥣 Direction
- Bring the cream cheese to the room temperature and mix with Roasted Brown Rice Powder.
- Spread (1) on the toasted baguette.
- Place A on half of (2) and B on the other half.

If you prefer a less sweet pudding, reduce the sugar slightly and let the brown sugar syrup add the final touch of sweetness.
