  • 📋 Ingredients

    • Roasted Brown Rice Powder 2 tbsp
    • Cake flour 7/8 cups (8 oz)
    • Salt 1/3 tsp
    • Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
    • Water 2/5 cups (3 1/3 oz)
    • Mayonnaise or your favorite sauce to taste
    • Your favorite vegetables as you want
  • 🥣 Direction

    1.  Put cake flour, Roasted Brown Rice Powder and salt in a bowl, and mix well.
    2. Then, add vegetable oil and water, and mix with spatula.
    3. When the dough comes together, knead by hand and roll into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 min.
    4. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and flatten each in 16cm-diameter rounds.
    5. Place (4) on a pan and bake over medium heat until both sides are lightly browned.
    6. Spread mayo over it and wrap your favorite vegetables.
